The Weeknd to Work with H&M No More

The Weeknd has collaborated with H&M in the past but recently he has come out to say that he would no longer be doing so. This move has been prompted by a recent photo that has gone viral.

This photo shows a black child wearing an H&M shirt that said, “Coolest Monkey in the Jungle.” He wrote on Twitter saying, “woke up this morning shocked and embarrassed by this photo. I’m deeply offended and will not be working with @hm anymore…” You can see his post which includes the photo of the child here.

H&M is going to have a lot of explaining to do it sounds like, but it doesn’t seem like The Weeknd will care what they have to say either way.
