Past Carpool Karaoke Stars and a Primetime Special to See Monday

A few of us sing in the shower, but all of us sing in the car. Perhaps that’s why James Corden’s ‘Carpool Karaoke’ is so popular! Now the idea has gone primetime with the ‘Late Late Show Carpool Karaoke Primetime Special, scheduled for Monday, May 22nd. Did you know that last year’s Carpool Karaoke primetime special actually won an Emmy?

This crazy skit-music moment began with Mariah Carey and James in March of 2015, and has been a ‘who’s who’ of stars in the cars.

Who has been in the car with James for Carpool Karaoke? How about Katy Perry, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Selena Gomez and Jennifer Lopez! Plus these stars also jumped in the car with James: Stevie Wonder, Justin Bieber, Adele, Madonna, Britney Spears, Rod Stewart, Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas, Jason Derulo, Jennifer Hudson, Carrie Underwood, Lady Gaga, the late George Michael, Nicki Minaj and Bruno Mars.

Non-singers that have graced us with the celebrity have been NBA star Steph Curry and Victoria Beckham among others.
