This Week’s Top 100 Artists According to Billboard

Billboard is one of the big names in music, ranking the top songs, albums and artists in music. Just a few years back they started a chart called the Billboard Artist 100 that is quite interesting. It looks at the basics that would make an artist the top one like album sales and radio airplay, but it also looks at how artists interact with their fans on social media.

This week’s chart sees a Country artist at the top, Chris Stapleton, at the top, but past that the top 10 is filled with big names in hip-hop and pop music. It’s easy to jump up this chart if you have a big album release, which is how Stapleton and the number two ranked artist, Logic, got there.
