The All-Star break is almost here which means we are about halfway through the season. By now we have a really good idea of the best teams in the league and those that are the worst. Teams will likely make moves to help them get over the hump if they’re somewhere in between or if they want to become elite. Let’s take a look at the five best teams in each division…

American League
Boston Red Sox – 64-29
Houston Astros – 62-32
New York Yankees – 59-31
Seattle Mariners – 57-35
Oakland A’s – 51-41

National League
Milwaukee Brewers – 55-37
Chicago Cubs – 52-37
Philadelphia Phillies – 51-39
Atlanta Braves – 50-40
Arizona Diamondbacks – 51-41
