In May of this year, Mac Miller was in a brutal accident in California and earlier this week the LA Attorney’s Office had something to say about it. They officially charged him with two DUI’s in the crash. Fortunately for him, the original charge of a hit and run has been dropped.
No one was hurt in the accident as he wrapped his car around a pole essentially. When it was discovered that he was, in fact, driving the vehicle, he was given a breathalyzer and generated a reading of over .08.
Rumor has it that he could face six months in jail due to these charges. We’ll keep our eyes on this one moving forward.
