This year’s Kids’ Choice Awards are not all that far away and we’re excited to talk about those that have been nominated for an award at this one. This award show hits on television shows, movies, and music, of course, so there’s never going to be enough time to talk about it all. Let’s talk about the music side of things…

Hip-Hop and R&B have dominated the music scene in the past year and it shows in this year’s award nominees. DJ Khaled, Bruno Mars, and Kendrick Lamar are all up for Favorite Male Artist while Beyonce is up for Favorite Female Artist. The Favorite Song nominees include “HUMBLE.” from Kendrick Lamar, “That’s What I Like” from Bruno Mars, and “I’m the One” from DJ Khaled, Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance the Rapper and Lil Wayne. Finally, Alessia Cara, Cardi B, and Khalid are all among the nominees for Favorite Breakout Artist.

This year’s award show is hosted by John Cena and will take place March 25 at 8 pm.
