It wasn’t too long ago that news of Nelly being arrested in Auburn, Washington for rape hit the newswire. Well, it doesn’t look like this will be an issue for him anymore as his accuser has decided not to pursue any charges against him. This is shocking news, but not too surprising considering how big the story became in the past week. Her attorney has come out and said that this is because of her lack of faith in the system.
Nelly and his attorney have come out and said that the whole thing was made up and that the claims were untrue. We will never know what the truth is when it comes to this situation as long as his accuser doesn’t pursue it. With that being said, Nelly has not been charged with anything at this time.
