Not too long ago Five Finger Death Punch’s Ivan Moody made comments on stage in the Netherlands saying that he was quitting the band. It would later be clarified that he would only be taking time off from the band and not completely leaving. Well, he has now come out and said that he’s going to return to the band next month August 19 when they hit Springfield, Illinois for a tour stop.
He came out on Facebook to tell the band’s fans this very thing as well as say that he was in a rehab center fighting addiction. What a tough time it is for him and anyone else strong enough to put themselves in a rehab facility.
We’re excited to hear that Moody plans on returning next month and am happy to hear he is fighting the addiction battle with the help of a rehab facility.
