Blink 182’s Push For Number One

Blink 182 hasn’t been too relevant over the past few years, but they’re back and out with a hit that you need to hear if you haven’t already. “Bored to Death” has jumped from four to two this week on Mediabase’s Alternative chart and has the top spot in its vision. We certainly think it’ll jump the Lumineers’ hit, “Ophellia,” if not next week then the week after.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers latest release, “Dark Necessities,” rounds out the top three after they jumped from the fifth position last week. The lone new artist/song to the top 10 is Kongos’ “Take It From Me.”
