The Junos are occurring April 3 in Calgary, Alberta, and many big Canadian stars will be at the event. This award show is commonly compared to the Grammys in America, so this is a very huge deal in the music industry.

While the majority of the awards are based around pop and rock music, the country genre does have one specific to their music. While there is only award specific to country, one country star is up for two nominations. Dean Brody has been nominated for the Juno Fan Choice Award as well as the Country Album of the Year Award.
