It’s Friday, so you know what that means! It’s time to break down a few games and talk about who we like against the spread. There are six teams on byes this week, so there are 13 games to choose from. After looking at what Vegas has projected there are enough to have some fun this weekend though. Let’s take a look…

Let’s start it off with two underdogs on the road. We’ll take the Packers +3 against the Falcons. It’s hard not to forget the Falcons collapsing last season after starting 5-0. This year we’re starting to see more of the same and with that being said, the Packers looked really good last week against the Bears. Packers have a great chance at winning, so we will gladly take the three points.

There is another NFC North team we like as an underdog on the road and that is the Detroit Lions. They’re three point dogs to the Texans, who are coming off the short week. They were embarrassed on Monday Night Football and have one less day to prepare for the Lions. Theo Riddick and Eric Ebron were back at practice earlier this week, so that’s a great sign for an already solid offense.

Dallas has been extremely impressive this year and the Eagles are really starting to falter. After starting 3-0, the Eagles are now 4-2. We’ll go with Dallas -4.5 as we think their run game will control the clock and force Carson Wentz to make big throws in pressure situations.
