Here are your Monday morning music news headlines…

Sadly, we’ve lost a few of our favorite singers these past few weeks. Jimmy Beaumont the former lead singer of the Skyliners has died at the age of 77 in early October, while the man who produced many of the ‘Philly Sound’ songs from Harold Melvin, Lou Rawls, Billy Paul and the O’Jays Walter “Bunny” Sigler has died as well.

Jeff Lynne of the band Electric Light Orchestra performed this past June in the UK, pleasing over 70,000 fans in iconic Wembley Stadium. If you weren’t at the show, don’t worry, as the band will release a DBD, Blu-Ray CD project ‘Wembley or Bust’ in mid-November…

Paul McCartney has announced that he is about to release his previous solo favorites in his first installment of McCartney archive reissues on November 17.
