“Women in RPA: Reclaiming Our Time” Live Panel Talks Work-Life Balance Amidst COVID-19

“There’s no denying that women at every level on the corporate ladder are bearing the brunt of the pandemic, striving to maintain productivity while also managing the needs of children and other family members, and preparing for the inevitable changes,” says Kryon Chief Marketing Officer Julie Shafiki. “Ironically, for women specializing in RPA, a technology which solves productivity and efficiency challenges, this new reality can be extremely challenging, both personally and professionally.”

The panel will address an evolving work environment where women are juggling disparate work and home pressures and look ahead to how these changes will impact our future.

Sidney recently joined streaming music powerhouse Spotify to create and manage the company’s global Intelligent Automation program, encompassing RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Prior, she led intelligent process automation for a leading global investment firm. Based in New York City, Sidney is a founding member of Chief, a career network that connects and supports female leaders, and currently heads the east coast chapter of Women in Tech .
Panelist: Debby de Gelder, Managing Director, Visma|RAET Netherlands
At Visma|Raet , a leading European supplier of business-critical software to companies, organizations, and the public sector, Debby focuses on continuously improving customer and employee experiences and achieving customers’ human resource goals and strategic business objectives. She previously served in human resources management positions at Dutch telecommunications company KPN.
Panelist: Sneha Kapoor, Research Manager and Lead Analyst, Intelligent Automation and AI, Financial Insights, IDC Asia/Pacific
