Gene Wilder, autor, actor, guionista y un marido momento de ‘SNL’ gran Gilda Radner, (que murió de cáncer mucho antes de su tiempo en el año 1989) ha muerto.

Nacido Jerome Silberman en 1933 en Milwaukee WI, Gene comenzó su carrera como escritor y actor de pequeño papel en Broadway y la televisión a principios de los años 60, antes de su gran oportunidad llegó a satisfacer la creciente escritor y productor de Hollywood Mel Brooks; Mel echó génica en muchas de sus obras, incluyendo el galardonado “Blazing Saddles”, una película que se encuentra hoy en día ya que tanto icónica y carga social.

Como actor, las contribuciones de la película de Gene incluyen “Willy Wonka y la fábrica de chocolate”, “Sillas de montar calientes”, “Silver Streak”, “La mujer de rojo” (que escribió) “Stir Crazy”, “y el clásico remake de “Young Frankenstein”.

Gen había estado luchando contra la enfermedad de Alzheimer en los últimos años, falleciendo esta tarde en su casa en Stamford, Conn.

Otra gran Hollywood se ha ido; Gene Wilder, muerto a la edad de 83.
