Usher Getting Sued Again

It was last fall that we all thought the case against Usher for hiding herpes from a woman was over, but that woman has refiled the lawsuit and it’s back on. Laura Helm saw her case dismissed last November and has now refiled with a new lawyer backing her.

She believes that Usher gave her herpes and did so without letting her know of his situation. Usher’s lawyer says that because she had unprotected sex with him, she realized the risk of getting an STD from her partner.

This is a weird situation and one we would love to see wrapped up whatever the verdict.
