Two divisional tiebreaker games yesterday. What a day for baseball fans.

The Brewers beat the Cubs at Wrigley with two runs in the eighth. The Brewers won their first division title since 2011 and tied a franchise-record with 96 wins.

The Dodgers took care of business in Los Angeles beating the Rockies 5 -2.   Walker Buehler held the Rockies scoreless through through 6⅔.  Cody Bellinger and Max Muncy came up big with bombs. This is L.A.’s sixth straight NL West title.

The Brewers have to sit tight while they await the winner of the Wild Card game between the Cubs and Rockies tonight in the friendly confines.  The winner heads to Milwaukee for Game #1 on Thursday.  The Dodgers await the arrival of National East champs Atlanta Braves for Game #1 in Los Angeles.
