Trey Songz allegedly committed felony assault against a police officer in Detroit at the end of last year and now the charges are starting to get real serious. Now, there are rumors that he turned down a plea deal that would keep him out of jail and instead would give him two years of probation. Instead, he is risking up to four years in prison.

It was December 28 when Songz was seen on video throwing items off stage in protest to being cut off when his concert went too late into the night. Reportedly he was warned that 11:30pm was the cut off for the concert and when he challenged them to turn him off he threw things off the stage before eventually jumping off.

Things are getting very serious for Songz as these are very serious charges.
