Adele came out of nowhere last year to release “25,” but when we did hear this album we weren’t surprised to hear it was great. Many thought she was snubbed by not being a part of the 2016 Grammys, but the only reason why she didn’t do serious damage at that event was because she wasn’t eligible! Well, she’s eligible this year and she’s lined up to potentially have great success.
She’s up for five awards, two for “25” and three for “Hello.” She’s up for three of the major awards on the night overall! Her latest album release, “25,” is up for Album of the Year while her huge single, “Hello,” is up for Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance.
In total, Adele has now tallied 18 Grammy nominations, winning 10 of them (with five pending). Do we think she adds to the total come February 12?
