The Weeknd Reveals New Prime Video TV Special

The Weeknd has announced that a new immersive television special, inspired by his newest album Dawn FM, will be released on Prime Video on February 26th.

The Weeknd x The Dawn FM Experience is a project created by the Weeknd, La Mar C. Taylor, and director Micah Bickham. The special is meant to be a visual transformation of Dawn FM‘s “unnerving and moody world.”

“I’m ecstatic to partner with Amazon to premiere the most elaborate live TV special I’ve ever done,” the Weeknd expressed about the project. “Welcome to the next phase of Dawn FM—a purgatory otherworld where live performance, theater, and performance art collide for a night out at the club.”
