The Weeknd Blows Away the Oscars

The Oscars were quite the site for those in attendance Sunday night, especially because of one performance in particular. The Weeknd’s performance of “Earned It” was spectacular and although he didn’t win the award for Best Original Song, people won’t be forgetting that moment in history.

He donned a tuxedo with women around him that were quite exquisite during the song and absolutely nailed it on the vocals. “Earned It” came off of the “Fifty Shades of Grey.” The competition going up against The Weeknd included Lady Gaga, David Lang, Antony Hegarty & J. Ralph, and Sam Smith, with Smith winning the award for his work on the movie “Spectre.”
