The NIT Tournament Rolls On

While everyone has been watching March Madness, there is another tournament going on that has some value to it. While it’s not as sexy as the NCAA Tournament, the NIT gives teams with young players multiple weeks more of practice and games. A lot of teams we see these teams that go far in this tournament make it into the big one the next year.

This tournament gives 32 teams a chance at more action and as of this morning, we are down to just eight. Those eight teams have already gotten an extra week of time to put in work and could have another week more if they win it all. The championship will be decided on March 29 from Madison Square Garden. Take a look below for the teams still in this one…
