This week’s Artist 100 chart has been released and what better time to talk about the top artists in the world than after you know the top hits on the chart?! This week we see something pretty rare. There are two rock bands at the top of the chart! What a week it was for rockers and now we see The Killers and Imagine Dragons at the very top.
The Killers, as we have discussed this week, have a brand new album that has hit number one just about everywhere including the U.K. and the United States. It comes as no surprise that they are at number one after not even being on the chart last week.
Imagine Dragons are at the top because they’re a band that has been red-hot all year long. By now you’ve probably heard “Thunder” and “Believer” about a thousand times already (and you’re not mad about it).
These two are at one and two this week! What a week it was.
