The ‘Global Citizen Prize’ Special Has an Insane Lineup

On Friday, December 20th, an all-star roster of singers and actors will be on hand when NBC presents the Global Citizen Prize prime-time special.

The slated host is John Legend, who will also perform on the show. The evening will also feature performances from Jennifer Hudson, Raphael Saadiq, Sting, Stormzy, H.E.R. and Coldplay’s Chris Martin.

The inaugural awards ceremony from London’s Royal Albert Hall will celebrate “individuals taking action to end extreme poverty and presents notable presenter and powerful video packages telling revealing stories of action and impact.”

The special event, slated to air at 8 p.m. EST, will feature presenters Connie Britton, Emma Bunton, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Jason Derulo, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Leona Lewis, Himesh Patel and Kal Penn.
