The Best Male Musician in 2016?

There were many great years for our favorite male musicians, but none are bigger than the one that Drake had. He came out with plenty of new music and is already planning on releasing new music in 2017.

His album, “Views,” was possibly the best album this past year and actually held the number one spot on the charts for 13 weeks. That is one fourth of the year! This album was considered by many to be the album of the year.

“One Dance” could easily be considered the single of the year, considering it was unofficially named the song of the summer in 2016 and spent 10 weeks at number one on the chart. Drake also released great singles like “Hotline Bling,” “Controlla” and “Too Good.”

“Views” and some of the singles included on the album are up for five awards at the 2017 Grammys including Best Rap Song, Best Rap Album, Best Rap Performance, Best Rap/Sung Performance and Album of the Year.
