Taylor Swift continues to rock the stage these days, singing her way to the top of every top 40 chart there is, but people forget that she wasn’t always a pop singer. It wasn’t too long ago that she was a country singer that was winning our hearts over.

In fact, did you know that she has the greatest selling country single ever? The song is titled “Love Story” and it was released eight years ago this week! September 12 is the exact anniversary date for this amazing song.

The song was loved by everyone everywhere, reaching the top five on 12 different charts across the globe including Australia, Japan, UK and New Zealand among others. In the end, the single would sell over 10 million units!
