On Monday, November 25th,following her artist of the decade performance at the 2019 American Music Awards, Camila Cabello took to social media to send a sweet shoutout to Taylor Swift .
The pop star captioned a clip on Instagram of herself and Halsey performing “Shake It Off” with Swift at the awards show. “‘Artist of the Decade’ what a perfect way to describe the incredible impact you have had on music and the world!! your songs and albums are the soundtrack to so many moments across my life and you have always been my biggest inspiration on my own journey in music as a writer and artist!!! congratulations @taylorswift and thank you again for letting me celebrate you alongside the magical @halsey,”.
Cabello also joined Swift onstage to perform the track every night on the Reputation Stadium Tour with fellow opening act Charli XCX taking over the part sung by Halsey at the AMAs.
