Two unique things have happened in music over the last 10 years; stars have begun to take a ‘Vegas Residency’ getting fans to come to them while staying off the road and have sponsored cruises that give fans a special one on one experience while at sea. We now hear that Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues has agreed to a special cruise called ‘On the Blue Cruise’ booked for February 2019. It’s important to remember that these cruises fill up a year in advance, so if you’re interested you should act now.
Other stars scheduled to be on the cruise include Ambrosia lead singer David Pack, Wally Palmar of the 80s Romantics, superstar Stephen Bishop, ex-Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett, Dave Mason, Rick Derringer, Electric Light Orchestra spinoff group The Orchestra, Poco, and The Zombies.
The ‘On the Blue Cruise’ set sail out of the port of Miami, February 10th 2019, and stops at Nassau in the Bahamas, then the island of Labadee near Haiti. The cruise returns February 15th, 2019. There will be games, dance contests, meet and greets, and two live concerts from Justin, belting out all the Moody Blues and solo hits from the past 50 years.
