Dan + Shay and Justin Bieber have recently been named in a copyright infringement lawsuit for their collaborative song, "10,000 Hours." It was reported that International Manufacturing Concepts, Melomega music, and Sound Gems have officially sued Bieber, Dan + Shay, and the other songwriters on the track due to similarities in “10,000 Hours” to the 1973 song “The First Time Baby Is A Holiday,” written by Palmer Rakes and Frank Fioravanti.
