Stranger Things 4 Teaser Trailer Finally Released

Stranger Things fans have been dangling from a cliffhanger ever since the third season left off on a very uncertain note, but–thankfully–Netflix has finally offered subscribers something to hold them over.

The teaser trailer for the popular show’s fourth season dropped over the weekend, and, while it doesn’t reveal very much about what the new season has in store, it shows just how much the beloved cast of kids has grown into teens now facing the brutal realities of high school–something almost as scary as the supernatural.

Moving from Indiana to Southern California, the upcoming nine-episode season of Stranger Things seems to uphold the show’s delightfully eerie balance between two genres: coming of age and horror.

Episodes are expected to arrive on the front page of Netflix sometime during the summer of 2022.
