Steve Miller is finally entering the promised land, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, in 2018; the ceremony is scheduled for mid-April. Steve’s ‘Children of the Future’ is celebrating its 50th birthday this year, and to bring attention to his body of work, his management team is set to release a remastered box set of his nine studio albums, due for sale May 18th.
The box set which is titled Steve Miller Band: Complete Albums Volume 1 (1968-1976) and begins with Children of the Future and includes Sailor, Brave New World, Your Saving Grace, Number 5, Rock Love, Recall the Beginning… A Journey from Eden, the Joker, and Fly Like an Eagle. In addition, HD versions of each of the nine albums will be released through the year.
Steve Miller and Peter Frampton are set to tour America with a rigorous tour this spring and summer.
