Steely Dan Adds Beacon Theater Dates This October

Although the loss of Walter Becker, original Steely Dan co-founder has left the band with a hole in its heart, Donald Fagen and band members continue to tour. We now hear that Steely Dan will add 9 shows to the New York City’s Beacon Theatre appearance in mid-October.

What will make this tour a bit different is the live shows will pay tribute to a particular album, Countdown to Ecstasy, The Royal Scam, Aja, and Gaucho will be featured in select tour stops? Steely Dan will be busy this summer, joining the Doobie Brothers on an extensive tour.

Donald Fagen remains the only original member of Steely Dan to tour, as the notable Jeff (Skunk) Baxter left the band mid-stream to join the Doobie Brothers. Be sure to reserve your seat for live Steely Dan at the legendary New York City’s Beacon Theatre this October.
