Stay at Lynyrd Skynyrd’s House this Summer

It’s probably cool to own a guitar once played by a rock star, or buy a personal item from one of your favorite bands to have in your man cave, but how about actually vacationing in a home that your favorite rock star grew up in?

The Jacksonville, Florida home that Donnie, Johnny and Ronnie Van Zant of Lynyrd Skynyrd and 38 Special grew up in, has earned heritage site status, and will soon be available for your next dream vacation, providing you have the cash. The home was bought by Jacksonville Beach resident Todd Smith who plans to turn the residence into a vacation rental destination for fans.
