This pivotal position and decision could be what makes a team a national championship contender or a random bowl game participant.
One of the coolest starter announcement is Taysom Hill at BYU. The seasoned veteran has been a star when healthy, but injuries have caused him to miss too much time over the years. He was battling it out with Tanner Mangum before being named the starter on his birthday.
