Have you ever heard of the band Skillet? They’re a Christian rock band that is rocking the Active Rock charts and is well worth a listen if you somehow haven’t heard of them before. Their currently charting single right now is titled “Feel Invincible.”
The band is from Memphis, Tennessee and has been around since 1996 when they released their self-titled debut album. Over time they have ran through band members, with six no longer with the now four-member band. Those current four members include John and Corey Cooper, Jen Ledger and Seth Morrison. John is the lone original member of the group surprisingly enough.
Over the years they’ve released a total of 10 albums with their most recent being “Unleashed.” It was released in May.
One final fun fact for you is that the band achieved the honor of highest digitally sold single ever in Christian Rock history with their hit, “Monster.” It has sold nearly three million units since its release in 2009.
