What a year it has been for Selena Gomez, releasing big hits and having a kidney transplant done on her just last month. How crazy is that?! The star singer and entertainer recently opened up about how it all went down and it’s crazier than we ever realized.
Apparently, she was extremely frustrated with what lupus had done to her, causing tons of pain and having arthritis. Thankfully it was her best friend Francia Raisa that volunteered to give her the kidney she needed. There were complications during the surgery but all is well now. She says that her arthritis is gone and has come out and said that Francia saved her life. Wow, what a friendship these two have. We’re so happy to hear that Selena is healthy and that she has friends that are truly there for her.
