By now everybody knows that Selena Gomez is a genuine and caring person, but she continues to prove it by her every day actions. She announced something recently that really shows what we mean.
Just this week, Selena announced that she would be donating proceeds from her Revival Tour to helping beat Lupus. This money will be given to the Alliance for Lupus Research and that is quite the gesture that is close to her heart and those around her. For those that may not know, Selena suffers from Lupus.
In the past she has had to cancel tour dates to fight this fight herself, but with everything better on her end, she must be excited to get this party started. What a truly honorable thing Selena is doing with this announcement.
