Scholarship Introduced at UCLA in Chris Cornell’s Name

Chris Cornell passed away earlier this year and we see his impact on the rock community just about every week. Well, this week we see that he was loved by so much more than rockers and their fans. Friends and family of his and the UCLA School of Law has announced that there will be a scholarship in his name at this university.

A $1 million endowment has been donated to the school in the form of The Chris Cornell Scholarship thanks to his family and friends. What a great way to pay respect to this rock star. We will continue to see those positively impacted by Cornell with this kind of move.
