The 70th Emmy nominations were recently announced, and in the category of Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie, one of our favorite actresses Sarah Paulson received a nomination nod for her work in ‘American Horror Story: Cult.’

Sarah has had a busy year, given she appeared in ‘Oceans 8,’ with co-stars starring Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway, Cate Blanchett, Deidre Goodwin, and Urban pop star Rihanna. Sarah Paulson worked her way up the ladder, from television cameos on ‘Law and Order’ and ‘Jack and Jill’ to the silver screen hits ’12 Years a Slave’ and ‘The Post.’ She’s the first actor to earn the honor in five major acting awards, the Critic’s Choice, SAG, Emmy, Golden Globe and TCA Individual Achievement in Drama in the same year. The 2018 Emmys will be presented September 17th 8pm Est in a live broadcast on ABC at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles.
