Svend Petersen was once a pool manager at a hotel in Beverly Hills, but poor investments with non-trustworthy people has caused him to lose everything he has. The story of Petersen’s struggles was shown on television and many have heard what’s going on. A GoFundMe campaign was started and to help him raise $5,900 and with the thanks of good Samaritans and one Sandra Bullock, he has raised well over that.
Bullock donated $5,000 to the campaign designated to get Petersen an apartment and groceries. He can now find an apartment in Los Angeles and be healthy again. As of the time of writing this, over $60,000 has been raised. What a great gesture by Sandra Bullock and everyone else who donated money to help Petersen out.
