Ruffles Is Releasing Chili Cheese Chips That You’ll Be Eager To Snack On during Halftime

The next chip flavor you’ll want to add to your snack rotation is here, and it’s in the form of chili cheese-flavored Ruffles.  The new flavor is currently a Kroger grocery chain exclusive (which includes Ralph’s, Fred Meyer, Pay-less, Food 4 Less, Fry’s, and more), but is set to hit other stores nationwide in 2021.

People who have already tried the new flavor say it has a strong cheese taste with a slight chili flavor. Nothing wrong with that!  One person wrote that they have tried the chili cheese flavor of Fritos and love the snack. Since both Fritos and Ruffles are Frito-Lay brands, the commenter figures that the Ruffles will likely taste good too.

If you’re into a lot of flavor, you could even dip the chili cheese Ruffles in actual chili cheese dip. Or, try ditching plain tortilla chips in favor of the Ruffles the next time you make nachos. With football season in high gear, it sounds like perfect halftime fare.  In any case, what an exciting time to be a chip fanatic–especially one who loves Ruffles!
