Ronnie Van Zant died in the fiery Lynyrd Skynyrd plane crash in 1977. What people don’t know is that he’s wearing a Neil Young T-Shirt underneath the dress shirt in his coffin.

Waylon Jennings played bass in 1959 for up and coming rock star Buddy Holly. That fateful night in February, they tossed a coin to see who would get the seat on the plane, which would drive on the freezing bus. Buddy won the coin toss, telling Waylon he hopped he would freeze on the way to the next stop, Waylon told Buddy he hoped the plane would crash. 12 minutes after that fateful moment it did.
The Rolling Stones will be in concert at the Empire Polo Club on October 7th and 14th. They will also appear in Las Vegas at the T-Mobile Arena on October 19th.

“Take it Easy’ was the Eagles first single, and a song written by Glenn and Jackson Browne in early 1972. The song put Winslow Arizona on the map, and if you ever visit Winslow, Arizona, you’ll see a real standing stature of Glenn at the corner of Second St. & Kinsley Ave.
