There may not be a better wedding couple than a great rock LP or concept, and the bright lights of Broadway. The best shows over the years have been ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ which gave us a few late 60s hits, ‘Hair’ also from the late 60s, ‘Tommy’ from the Who which literally provided “I’m Free” and “Pinball Wizard” as top charting songs.

“Rock of Ages” continues to pack them in, the musical filled with the best rock songs ever written. Jimmy Buffett ‘Escape to Margaritaville” had a great run in 2017, and Bruce Springsteen’s Broadway sensation remains an elusive ticket.

‘Jersey Boy’s,’ the classic Broadway show that detailed Bob Crew and the Four Seasons rise to success, ‘Pink Floyd – The Wall’ in 1982 had a long and successful run, and in the 2000s there was ‘We Will Rock You’ from Queen. ‘Peggy Sue Got Married’ and ‘The Rocky Horror Show’ are more examples of the diversity of Broadway.
