Rihanna has been named the ‘most streamed’ artist of the year, for the third year in a row, beating out Taylor and Selena; a feat she’s done multiple times. How about that Rihanna, appearing in a new trailer for the soon to be released ‘Ocean’s 8’ movie?
Almost without exception, actors want to be in a band or sing, and singers always think that can act. Well, in the case of Rihanna, this singer can act. She’s featured prominently in a movie trailer of the upcoming movie ‘Ocean’s 8,’ the script that features all women, molded in the spirit of the George Clooney ‘Ocean’s’ franchise. ‘Ocean’s 8’ is led by Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, and Anne Hathaway.
Rihanna is no stranger to the silver screen, having starred in ‘Battleship,’ ‘Girls,’ ‘2 Broke Girls,’ and most recently this year’s Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.
Rihanna scored massive numbers in streaming and record sales in 2017, with “Lemon” by N.E.R.D. and Rihanna ended up on nearly everyone’s best of list for 2017.
