Just yesterday we talked about some of the big names in the rap industry that were celebrating a birthday. One of those was Eminem, but telling you in just a few sentences about this great rapper doesn’t quite do him justice. Sure, we lived during his greatness, but it’s been years since he was a huge name in the music industry. Let’s talk more about this star artist…
Eminem is the best selling artist of all time and has done it obviously because of his amazing hits. During his time as an artist he generated 10 albums that would reach number one on the Billboard 200 chart! On those 10 albums came five singles that would reach number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Eminem has been nominated for awards an astonishing amount of times, 311 to be exact. Of those 311 nominations, he won 155 of them. The Grammys accounted for 43 nominations and 15 wins while 17 of his wins came from the Billboard Music Awards. Eminem has had a career that we could talk about forever and ever, he was that great. For now, we’ll just say happy birthday and congrats on the wonderful career!
