Radiohead’s “Creep” is one of their biggest hits and over the years it’s continued to be a song people love listening to. Well, recently they have sued the artist Lana Del Rey for copyright infringement because a song of hers they say was inspired by “Creep.”

Lana has come out on Twitter to confirm the suit as well as give us insight into what’s going on saying, “It’s true about the lawsuit. Although I know my song wasn’t inspired by Creep, Radio feel it was and want 100% of the publishing – I offered up to 40 over the last few months but they will only accept 100. Their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court.” You can see that post by clicking here.

The song in question is Lana Del Rey’s “Get Free.”

Only time will tell what’s to come of this situation but for now, it looks like court is in the future for Radiohead.
