R. Kelly Loses Lawsuit to Georgia Concert Venue

A Georgia concert venue was being sued by R. Kelly last year but now it’s all over. Due to R. Kelly not appearing in court last week, the lawsuit has been dropped. The lawsuit accused Comcast Spectacor of never paying $100,000 to R. Kelly after an appearance of his, but it doesn’t sound like he cared enough to continue on with this lawsuit.

This wasn’t the first time he hadn’t appeared in court though. Rumor has it that he missed a court date in April and May and thus the judge had had enough. R. Kelly is having a rough year with members of his team behind the scenes leaving him all in recent months.
