Pamela Anderson is taking control of her own narrative in an upcoming Netflix documentary centered around her sex tape scandal with now-ex-husband Tommy Lee.

Aptly timed after the recent release of the Hulu mini-series Pam & Tommy, which Anderson has notably rejected as inauthentic, the Baywatch star is “ready to tell her story.”

“The film, which has been in the making for several years, will feature the pop culture icon setting the record straight as she looks back on her professional path and her personal journey,” the official Netflix Twitter account announced of the doc alongside a personal note from Anderson.

“My life,” the note read. “A thousand imperfections, a million misperceptions…I can only surprise you — not a victim, but a survivor and alive to tell the real story.”

There is no exact release date yet, nor has the official title of the documentary been released.
