Christopher Charles Geppert was born in San Antonio Texas in 1951. You know his as the Classic Hits/Rocker Chris Cross, the author of great songs like “Sailing” and “Ride Like the Wind.” Here are a few fund facts you may not know about this talented singer…

Chris exploded onto the music scene in 1981, winning five Grammys for his debut album, and in particular the single “Sailing.” Talk about hot – he won an Oscar for the theme song of the movie “Arthur.”
