Official Trailer Revealed for “Brian Wilson: Long Promised Road” Documentary

The official trailer just dropped for Brian Wilson: Long Promised Road, the upcoming documentary telling the colorful story of the Beach Boys’ frontman.

The film takes audiences through the ups and downs of Brian Wilson’s tumultuous and iconic music career. Wilson is an accomplished singer, songwriter, and record producer who brought a unique and beloved approach to music. Through the creations and influence of his career, though, the rock legend consistently battled both mental illness and drug abuse.

The documentary, directed by Brent Wilson, will feature interviews with the Beach Boys founder himself, as well as with Elton John, Bruce Springsteen, Al Jardine, Taylor Hawkins, Don Was, Linda Perry, Nick Jonas, and other musicians who have taken inspiration from and hold admiration for Wilson.

Brian Wilson: Long Promised Road will be released in theaters and on VOD on November 19th.
