Nicki Minaj has been Cast in ‘Angry Birds Movie 2’

Angry Birds Movie 2 has just added a new cast member; none other than the queen of rap herself, Nicki Minaj. It has yet to be released what her role will entail, but we do know she is part of the project.

The sequel is due in theaters on Aug. 16, 2019, and Minaj will be acting alongside Jason Sudeikis, Bill Hader, Josh Gad, Peter Dinklage and Danny McBride, who will all reprise their roles from the first movie. They’ll also be joined by Leslie Jones, Rachel Bloom, Awkwafina, Sterling K. Brown, Eugenio Derbez, Lil Rel Howery, Dove Cameron and Zach Woods.

This is not her debut to the big screen, her previous movie credits include Ice Age: Continental Drift, Barbershop: The Next Cut and The Other Woman.
